Mother's Day

With Mother's Day being right around the corner.  What do you all do for Mother's Day?  Make dinner, take her out, flowers, kids make gifts?  If you are a mother, what was the best Mother's Day Present you received?

My mother passed away several years ago so I don't do anything on her account except for reminicing. Sometimes I go out for dinner with my kids and sometimes they barbecue chicken for me.

Went out and got the momma some plants and some things for around the house cus that is for some reason what she wants lol. Gotta have the house look good for the neighbors i guess

This year we are going to get the whole family together and have a big cookout. Hopefully the weather will be nice. We usually turn Mothers day into Mothers day weekend and spend the whole weekend doing stuff with mom. I know Bingo is on the list of activities this way (oh boy!) and of course there has to be a trip to the local garden center so mom can pick out the flowers she wants. We always have fun :-)

It's my first mothers day but I want flowers! And my husband to pitch in and do stuff around the house! For my mom I've always just done whatever I think she'll want or need. But now that I'm a mom and I appreciate her sooo much more I'm gonna try to make it a little more special this year. My in law is just getting  framed pic of my daughter!

I would love to see my mom and take her out for lunch or dinner but I moved to AZ and she is all the way back home in Michigan.

My Mom passed almost 5 years ago.  I will not be doing anything special for Mothers Day.  Just giving thanks to the Lord for being alive and all my blessings.

I'm looking forward to giving my mother some flowers and a nice gift to go with it. I would get her a ring but, one size don't fit all fingers. So, Im gonna get her a pair of earrings or a necklace. I will think of something before Mother's Day gets here
