facebook or twitter?

I have a twitter account, but don't use it.  I use facebook every day.

every time i try to use face book , i get an email saying my yahoo account was hacked and to change my password so i dumped facebook

neither. Both just distract you from actually living your life and noticing your surroundings. And people end up sharing way too much info on the internet.
it's like that commercial where the guy is always on his phone to the point where he's not noticing his life is passing him by.

facebook sucks you in and tempts you with life-draining games and apps.
twitter tempts you to update everyone about everything going on in your life or saying things you should never say out loud.
both can lead you to being scammed or have your information stolen or get stalked because of all the information people post about themselves on both. "oh hey im on vacation for a week come rob my house which i've already shown you pics of and told you essentially where I live and where I work"

people also put answers to security questions on both of those. For instance, your bank accounts online ask you to pick and answer certain security questions like "what was the name of your first pet" or "where did you go to school" or "where did you meet your spouse"...and bad people can get ahold of that info just by looking at your page. You make it even easier if you post up your email address that you also use for your bank accounts.

Facebook of course. I hate the fact that Twitter accepts any users and doesn't have limitations. Like some *bleep* sites with Twitter page and nudity background.
