facebook or twitter?

You can but status updates on facebook, and that's all you can do on twitter.  I don't understand how twitter has become popular.

i'll go with twitter.
i have a facebook.. but i usually find myself annoyed with it.
(too many changes, too many people trying to add me that i don't wanna see, constantly having to update my privacy settings when facebook goes tweaking around..)
