As soon as you reach $25($15 of offers and the rest can be referrals) you can move all the cash from your FC account to your paypal or get a check delivered to your door.

You can finish the surveys, such as SurveyHead, Give us your 2 cents, etc. once every 24 hours!
but you can do all of them in the same day, just as long as they are different survey sites
and make sure you clear your cookies before each survey/offer!
