how do u earn money by getting high scores on games? where can i find it?

Go to the offers section and then click on the 'Daily' tab.  In that section look for the offer called 'Paid to Click' and click on it.  Once that is open, you will find a list of topics on the left like 'Gas Prices', 'Recipes', 'Entertainment', etc.  Look for the tab which says 'Flash Games'.  After clicking it, it will explain what game to play for the high score bonus and how to submit for the bonus.  Have fun and good luck!

if i make it to the top score and earn my 50 cents, can i go play another game and earn more 50 cents?

There is only one game available to receive a bonus on at a time; the game usually changes once a month or so.  Once you have gotten your $.50 bonus for the current game, you will need to wait until the next game is opened to get a 2nd bonus.

Yes, and we now know when it will change.  No more guessing/waiting.  It will now automatically change the first of every month, according to the Admin.
