I'm new here to Fusion. So far the only offers that I've noticed either post several days later are the ones from the Special Offers section. Everything else I've gotten almost right away.

Oh yes, overall the majority of offers are great about crediting!

I really don't like the policy that I have to just deal with it if I don't get credited, especially when I am paying something. For instance, I signed up for the "free-trial." It's not going to be free because I didn't get credited. Things are tight for me right now, so the trial period fee does bother me, especially if I don't get credited for multiple offers. I expected the cost of trying it to be covered when I got credited- which I did not. I'm tempted not to try those offers where the fees of trying a product out won't be reimbursed by the 3rd party because I'm taking a risk that I won't get credited to cover the costs. It took two tries using 2 different emails to get an offer to get credited. At least theirs will be reimbursed if I choose to cancel. However, I now have 2 trials with the same company
I'm saying this from experience on another site.... You have a trial offer... You will get credited after you receive the item/ service, and it is paid for.. some people sign up for things and get paid , then immediately cancel the offer.  This is why we have to wait some time before getting paid for some of the offers.  Sometimes I had to wait 30 days , but I always got credited in the end.. Hope this helps

just in response to queries about prepaid debit cards - they have been a blessing to me and my family for several years now!  I've been using one I have for over five years; my daughter has had one for six years, my husband has a three year old one.  we have never had a problem ordering anything from online sites, and they are great for paying regular things like bills, etc., without giving away banking information.  If you lose one, or it gets stolen, the process is basically the same as any credit/debit card that happens to - you call the card company and they will issue you a new one, and any charges made on the card will be dealt with.  Plus, since they are debit - if someone steals it they would need your pin number, too, to be able to use it at a register.  Online, different story - which is why you would want to notify the company.  But of course, they couldn't use more than is on your card.  There are other protections, too, with using them.  Several years ago when my daughter's computer was acting up and I contacted an online company about fixing it, they charged the debit card number I gave them but did nothing.  I followed the instructions per the prepaid card site and they refunded my money within thirty days!  The debit card company, that is.  Just like if you have a charge dispute on any other credit/debit card!  That was especially wonderful since I would have been out seventy bucks for nothing, otherwise.
sure, there are monthly fees, but often, with some, if you do so many purchases or load so much money or get direct deposit on it, you can avoid all fees!
End the suffering!  Get your cats - and all strays and ferals - spayed and neutered!

I agree, and also they should make the directions more clear on the special offers. I dont like it when I complete a survey and cant see that on my account until a while later, it makes me feel like I wont get my money.

I remember getting credited for rewardTV...go see if it is still visible in your offers section, if so you may want to try it again

I had an offer to credit 20 days late, but it was a relief when it finally did.

If there was some way to make the crediting of offers more consistent that would be great. That is probably the one consistent complaint that even long-time FC users still bring up, particularly surveys.

Any comments in response to this topic that are
-saying "appreciate FC get over it"
-telling me to clean out my cookies before completing offer, etc.
-being rude
-or anything else not helpful or relevant
will be ignored.

For the most part when someone posts on this sector many people respond and say "just appreciate what FC does." I DO appreciate it, that's why I am still here and still spend time spreading the word about FC to other people, but this is the SUGGESTIONS board. If FC administrators did not want to hear suggestions and feedback they would not have invented this thread.

Furthermore, I am not complaining about the offers- just think it would be helpful and help keep new users active if everything credits consistently. && it may have nothing to do with FC but have to do with the sponsors instead, I don't know.

Thanks FC!

I am appreciative of this, but I do see from reading that some offers are not properly crediting.  If one does all that is suggested and still does not get the credit, what do you suggest?
