CASHOUT TEMP DENIED - HELP!!!

I got a message that my cashout was temporarily denied due to unusual activity on my account and it asked me to fax a copy of my driver's license for verification.  I requested payout on March 12th but only got the message today. Then, while trying to figure what the problem could be, I saw that a lot of my credits are due to expire in 9 days.  I sent a support ticket requesting help (really, really don't want to fax my driver's license to some fax number and don't have a fax machine).  Now I am afraid I will lose my credits since support tickets are usually not answered very quickly.  This will be my fifth cashout and I never had a problem before so staff, please help me resolve this.  I am a  little freaked out by it.

There was a response from admin recently about losing credits on temporily denied cashouts.  Basically, I understood it to say that your credits would not be cancelled if the reason for the denial is something that can be resolved (ie your providing requested proof even if it's after the cashout period). 

Re faxing info:  if you are able to take a picture of your DL and send it in an email -- send it to support via a ticket:  Take the picture; bring it up onto your PC screen, do a screen shot and post that picture to PAINT.  Use the erasure to remove sensitive info -- believe they only want your name, address  -- proof that you live in the US -- maybe DOB.

Then create another jpeg picture for this adjusted shot and send a support ticket with this jpeg picture attached.
Saw your other note to Kohler on this same topic -- hopefully, he will respond with the same or better info.

I am curious as to what was meant by unusual activity on your account?  When did you previously cash out?   Credits do not expire for 6 months, right?  Did you take too many offers?   Do you have too many referrals?  I hope that your situation gets resolved soon.  Keep us updated.   :dontknow:

Thanks for the interest and advice.  I last cashed out in October.....took me until March to accumulate another $25.  I don't know what they meant by unusual activity.  I hope you are correct that I wont lose my credit....it is about $7 that would be effected.  I will try the screen shot with the id sensitive data fuzzed out and see if that takes care of the problem.  I guess I will miss the cash out dead line this moth and have to wait another 30 days for a check if resolved....well, was looking forward to the check in the mail but as long as I get it all I will be happy.  I will let you know what happens.

Okay - this is day three. No response to my support tickets yet.  I emailed my id copy to FC yesterday but still show temporarily denied on cashout.  Hope this gets resolved soon.  I am upset about it all out of proportion to the $$ amount and the importance of it in my life.  Guess I always have been a panic attack waiting to happen thou.  Guess I better go outside and kill some weeds or something......maybe by the end of the day it will be taken care of.  Thanks....

I hope everything works out.   I mainly do paid email, daily paid to click, videos, and posting in forum, and I am able to cash out every three or four months just doing these.   Every so often, I am able to complete another offer but those are now not very often.  You must have not logged in every day because it took you five months to cash out.    I suggest logging in every day and doing the daily email, paid to click, videos when available and posting in forum.  Then you should be able to cash out every three or four months and not feel the pressure that you are now feeling.   Whenever you find out what the problem is, I would be interested in knowing.    :dontknow:

I got a message from support today so hopefully all will be resolved soon.  I too try to do the daily ptc, email, special tasks and videos.  I have lots and lots of trouble with the daily email and the daily ptc - the captcha won't load correctly and credit me.  Sometimes I try it a dozen times before I give up and other days it goes right thru as is should.  I always clear every thing before I start and do these first to avoid the problem but it doesn't always work.  Anyway, I don't get to it everyday although I try...that is why it took me so long.  Also, was very ill during Jan and Feb and so wasn't able to do all my stuff everyday then....caught the cold from hell that turned to pneumonia.  All is better now.  I will let you know when FC and I have resolved the payout issue and how it is resolved.

What type of ISP do you have?  I have cable broadband, now and, for the most part, have not had problems with the capcha on the email or the .15 daily credit. Before that I was dial-up and while the load was slower, I don't recall having problems with accessing the email or the .15 daily click.

I usually have my pop-up blocker on; and I have MacAfee security. Windows 7.

I usually clear my cookies and temp via the Windows 7 process, but on another PC I also clear via ccleaner -- which wipes out alot of stuff that I would like to retain (passwords and fills for many sites) so I don't use it that often.

When I do have problems with loading or slow response (and it does happen often enough), I try closing the browser and starting over; if that doesn't help, I shut down the PC and reboot. That usually clears away the cobwebs and things run smoothly.

Support took care of the cash out problem for me.  They got my id and put my status back to pending and looks like I can still expect the check this month.

On the ISP thing, I have a satellite connection and use windows XP.  I always clear my cookies before I enter fusioncash too.  The problem is so sporatic that it almost seems to have to do with the satellit servers speed.  You are right, sometimes shutting down and starting over works, but again, not all the time. I haven't been able to figure it out nor has fc support.  Just so frustrating and really slows down my cash earnings.

On the browser thing - I usually use google chrome for my browser - but have found that even for some surveys, i can't "click" on something with chrome - so I switch to firefox for something like this.  that always works.
