Life is hard

Life is really, really hard and I don't have the strength to keep it up anymore. What do I do?

Sometimes life gets hard for me too, and I'm a Christian. It happens to everyone. That's how the cookie crumbles.

But it IS confusing to ask 'what do I do?' if you ARE a believer. That's a benefit of being a child of God! I hope you know to seek him in your roughest time - that seems to be when we're at our best. Sounds weird, but it's easy to sail through life when everything is working just fine. But when the chips are down and things aren't connecting as we thought they should, our reaction separates us from most others. How we deal with the pressure is imperative.

Remember, this is a two-way relationship. You don't have to deal with anything by yourself. Getting to know Christ better in this situation will help. (Or, in my case, complaining and praying for answers usually works. And it never works out the way I thought it would. When things come together..I'm usually at a lost for words. It's a weird and awesome feeling that you just have to experience to understand. Again, the two-way relationship thing!)

Talk to a friend and do not give up.  YOur life is worth living and you need to know that.  PLease get some help.  I urge you to do this.

Change your ways, change up your routine, escape to something completely different than what you are currently doing, take a class (dance, welding, art...whatever), go to church...in general carpe diem!  It can't be constantly bad so enjoy the good when it enters your life.  I think that bad enters our life so that we change and learn to really appreciate and embrace the good!

Life can sometimes be hard. If you need to escape society you can always get some gear and escape and survive on the wilderness.

Get some help.  Talk to a shrink.  Don't give up.  Life is a challenge.

I hope you're not just learning that life is hard because everyone knows that. Just kidding. Yes life is hard but I put faith in myself and God that I'll get through anything that life throws at me.

first acknowledge that yes sometimes life flat out sucks and anyone who claims different is full of it. then take a moment to feel sorry for yourself, cry, scream, stomp your feet, throw something what ever you need to do to get it out. then do something about it. if you're depressed get counseling, if you're bored, seek a hobby, get a job, change jobs. if you're religious talk to your clergy. point is don't just complain that life is hard, do something about it.

Life is difficult bhut you have to have the soldier mentality to overcome it. think of it as a fight to the death on the eastern front in Russia WW2. You have to battle for survival.
