offer denied??
« on: April 10, 2011, 07:36:10 pm »
hi guys... I haven't been on fusioncash for a couple days now and I found it weird when I got back on, I checked my account and one of my offers that I completed before and got approved, just got denied. What's up with that?....That offer was worth $2.50. Can someone please help me out on why this happened and maybe prevent it from happening again     ???

I'm not sure why that would happen. Did you rush through it? Sometimes if they detect inconsistent or rushed answers they won't credit you. That has happened to me in the past a few times--even when I thought I was taking my time. That's my only idea; sorry I can't offer you more help.

What was the offer?  I suggest that you post the name of the offer.  You also might want to post this under support.  And if you do not get the information that you are requesting, I would open a ticket.  Did you read the directions and instructions carefully?  Did you have to be approved to get credit for the offer?   Did you cancel after receiving credit?   Had you signed up for the offer sometime in the past?   I would want to know why this happened.    :dontknow:

They probably tried to confirm some of the information you gave them and they felt something wasn't right.  The higher dollar surveys are usually very strict about confirming the information you give them.

The offer was Nielsen digital voice... I did everything they told me to do in order to get credit. It got approved, but after a few days it got denied. I'm pretty sure I didn't cancel or anything but if it's not the offer that's wrong then it probably is me.

Hello, I also originally got credit for the Neilsen offer, only to find out later that the offer was denied and the money was taken back.  Not sure why this happened.

Did you guys make sure to keep the stuff installed for 30 days? I read the rules for that one and it said you must keep it installed for 30 days. If you uninstalled it before the 30 days you will get denied the bonus. That has the popup that opens up every time you open your internet browser. If you don't have that popping up, chances are it's no longer installed.

I suggest that you open up a support ticket.   I think that only a FC staff member or administrator can help you.    According to the replies, at least one other person had the same thing happen.  I hope your problem gets resolved and your question answered.   :dontknow:

Sometimes that happens.  There's really nothing you can do about it.

maybe you did the offer some where else, or they found another account with the same address you have
check if you did this offer in another site. and maybe one of your household is a member at the panel
