Not getting credited

Ive did 8 surveys today and im not getting credited for any of them.. Ths started yesterday evening... Someone told me o conact th suprt team but how do you do that?

What surveys are you talking about?

i did these ad no credit: mobiexpression (a downoad for smartphone)
Account now (prepaid card)
Elitemate (dating ebsite i think)
Survey panel group
and a couple more id hae to go to the account place and see...

ALWAYS CLEAR YOUR COOKIES (before doing any offers/surveys) 
 
When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for 5-8 minutes or so...
I've learned it helps in the credit process    

Do not do too many offers back to back.....give the Advertisers some time between offers to credit.

If you completed an offer on another site & you try to do it on FC as well, you will probably not receive credit for it here (again).  

You can always "Open A Support Ticket" with Customer Service for further assistance.
Click on the "SUPPORT" Link @ the bottom of FC Screens for instructions on the process.

Just remember, if you do not receive credit neither does FusionCash

i dont know whats going on now.. i did the refer a friend thing and i didnt get credited for tht either and they confirmed their email and everything

Since you are having issues, may I also suggest that you get "To-Know" this Site 

@ the bottom of any FC Page, you will see the "Terms of Service" and "FAQ/Help" Links;  Very Interesting & Have Useful Information

i think i may be doin something wrong.. when i do the .25 ones or a little more i get the credit but when i do the higher paying ones i dont get the credit

how do u clear cookies. my internet installed the new internet 9 and now i dont kno how to get to history / cookies tab

I sometimes have the same problem. I too was not sure how to open a ticket. Thanks for the info, now i know if i have problems again i can contact them. Also i have learned that leaving the completion page opne until i get credit has helped.

Well with internet 8 you go to tools and hit internet options or go through your control panel and hit internet options. Hope it helps.

i have internet 9.. the newest one.. it took all the toolbars away so now i have to hit ctrl shft and delete.. but its still only givin me the small cash credit ones for some reason..
