Do you play cards?

If you do you need to teach me. The only card game I know how to play  is old maid and pitty pat. One weekend I was hanging out with friends and they hassled me to play spades. Boy was I confused. Do you play any card games? Any tips for me?

I love to play cards but I am not a good teacher. Spades just takes repetition to learn even just the basics. It is a confusing game until you get the hang of it. Gin is a little easier. It is just matching suits and counting.

I like to play pinochle and euchre. I had a chance and missed to learn Bunco, a dice game. I enjoy Sequence and Mexican Train Dominoes too.....Scrabble too.

there are lots of card games....my favourite is euchre..the best way to learn is with freinds and when they are not around you can log into yahoo and play hundreds of differant types of card games..and many other games...hope this helps

spades are fun.  I haven't played in 20 years. but use to love it. it is a game of wit. learn it, you will like it. it makes you use your mind and that is something most of us do not do enough of.

playing card games online is a terriffic way to learn. My grandfather taught me several card games when I was younger.

I used to deal cards for a living. I am not working now after a long illness. Now, I like to play solitaire on line. It is pretty addicting sometimes. i like to play blackjack sometimes. My favorite game is Baraccrat. Can't spell to good. Cant afford to play for money though

I play cards, I love cards.  I play rummy, spades, canasta, pinnocle, crib, but I grew up in a small town where there was nothing to do.  My suggestion is hanging out with those friends more or just one of them and practicing.  I was playing crib with my grandfather at 10.  Hang in there it will get easier.

I love to play cards.  In the past, we have had a group of 12 people who get together to play Hand and Foot.  That is a game somewhat like canasta.  We also play 500 and other games.  I will learn euchre this summer.  I have never played it.  I also have never played cards online.  I used to belong to two big community clubs and we would play cards twice a week with anywhere from 40 to 100 people.  It was fun switching tables after each hand.

I never seem to get past Spider Solitaire on the computer.  I do that for hours some evening while I watch TV.
