I work out at home and usually have a banana or an apple with a little peanut butter.  It is healthy and keeps me going.

I'm whey sensitive, so things like smoothies or shakes with protein make me feel sick (not conducive to encouraging exercising).  I usually eat a slice of wheat toast with peanut butter, along with a small glass of orange juice.  Or if I have some apples, oranges, or strawberries available, I pick those instead and drink some water.
