Problem downloading Nielsen-NetRatings software? Needed to credit.

I registered and downloaded it but everytime I try to download it I get an error message that says

There seems to be a problem with the installation.

Thats not true. I have Vista and it downloaded and installed with no problem.

It did not credit for me.  I downloaded it but it would not install.
And I don't have Vista.  And I even turned off all of my antivirus stuff and spyware blocker and everything.

I tried to redownload it yesterday. It was successful but it slowed my computer down and gave it some problems so I had to uninstall it. I guess I wont be getting credit for trying to have it running on my computer.
