Problems With IntelliProtect

I started my free trial with them like...probably a week ago (i'm sure they've assumed that i want to keep the service) and from the beginning i wasn't able to log into my account. all i've been able to do is change my password but i can't use the new password to log in. tech support responded at first but hasn't replied in several days, i called the company and left a message with them and haven't gotten a response. i used my paypal card when i signed up so hopefully anything they do try to charge won't go thru, but the dumb thing about the site is that they don't accept cancellation requests over the phone, you have to do it thru the website. anyone else have problems with this? what should i do?
