I hear a lot of why does God let bad things happen and why is this happening and if there is a God then why is this happening.

I think people need to just accept that there is no God and God cannot prevent things or help you. You are on your own here, there is no one protecting you.

No one can get inside your body and make you strong and whatever else you think.

There is no God and no reason for one.

Humans know they are going to die and they are the only creatures freaked out by this. They are the only animals that care what they look like and so on.
