You cannot verify paypal with a credit card, you have to do it with a bank account. If you add a credit card, it just highers your spending limit.

Yes, but you need to apply for the card, and it has to be the Paypal Plus credit card

its easy.. but im a little uneasy about the.. FC taking money out of my account thing.. Did anyone read that?? say you get verified.. cash out.. and then they decide you shouldnt have gotten cash for a certain offer..*say you cancel.. and mod finds out..* They can TAKE that money outa your account... It is fair?
Cuz I mean.. I try offers I am seriously interested in. And I get my money for it,. *sometimes dont.. cuz the credit system* but.. anyways.. Then.. I look around on the site.. or use the product.. If I end up not liking it.. or it dosnt work for me.. then i will cancel..  Is that aganist the terms of this site and will they take my money back>>?

Has this ever happened to you? Because it doesn't make sense to me. The information you provide for a direct deposit, that is, your account and routing number, is printed on every check you write. Simply having this information is not enough to make unauthorized charges to your account. Otherwise, anyone you've ever written a check to could take all the money they wanted out of your account without your approval, which is untrue.

Actually not so untrue Unfortunately NotDrPhil- I had this happen to me by PayPal and eBay-very real threat there-they got over $500 and the police say they can't do anything because it was an online transaction with no physical proof- very scary- I will neverrrrr use PayPal ever again-BidPay is the same.
