Why do bad things happen....
« on: March 29, 2011, 08:49:01 am »
Lately I have seeing so many things happen to many good people. For instead my sister has been married for 24 years and just found out that her husband is no good. And in the other hand he is all happy and having the best of his life. Why do bad things happen to good people and bad are always happy  ?

Everyone's life has ups and downs.  You can't say the "bad" people are always happy.  We can't be happy all the time.  Things happen we must take them as lessons and learn from them.  Life is about learning and experiencing many things.  You can't have sunshine without rain, good without evil.

It does seem that way doesn't. But in reality bad/good things happen to good people/bad people is a random thing. I remember in high school my boyfriend was cheating with some fat hoe & didn't even have the guts to break up with me first & I found out from one of my friends. Of course him refusing to kiss me should have been a big hint. Like DUHHHH TISH.....  It felt like someone took my heart and ripped it out of my chest. It hurt for so long.  3yrs later, I bumped into one of my friends with news about the cheating *bleep*. She told me that the *bleep* he cheated on me with cheated on him  & got pregnant by somebody else. The *bleep* refused his marriage proposal & married the guy who got her pregnant. It should have made me happy. Totally a great revenge the cheating *bleep* deserved. Too bad by then I didn't care anymore. I moved on & my future was looking great. I was independent & happy!

So, don't worry about the jerk your sister married. He may look happy in front of everyone but it's probably just for show. I believe in karma in which what you do good or bad in life will come back to you ten times over. The best revenge your sister could have is to be able to move on & be happy. Believe, me the jerk will meet black karma & he will pay for what he did to your sister. I kind of hope the black karma that my ex received will be similar to what will happen to your sisters ex. LoL

*Revenge is a dish best served cold!*

Perhaps the way to look at it is that your sister's husband was always bad...or it was coming to this. Now, she has the opportunity to find "true" happiness. If her ex-husband is "happy" and your sister is miserable, he wins. While it is easier said than done, look at it from another angle. One door closes, but then a new one opens. The possibilities are endless and your sister has a chance to pursue a new chapter in her life. Take classes, change your look, go somewhere you have always wanted to go but you were held back by your partner and the list goes on. Heart ache can really take a toll on someone, but scars can heal. Your sister will be stronger for it.
