Internet Explorer crashes when I install the Bing toolbar?

I am trying to complete the bing $3 offer and as soon as I install the toolbar the Internet explorer stops responding. I am running winddows 7 64-bit with internet explorer 8. Can anyone give me an idea of why this might be happening?

Is IE8 working with this? I don't have IE7 and I only have IE8 and Firefox,

I have had the same issue with some of the downloads thats why i stopped doing them. The one for making your own greeting cards as soon as i put the toolbar on it begin shutting my Internet Explorer down. When I took it off the computer began working again. I dont know if i had too many toolbars or if there was just an issue with the download,

I like Firefox.  I will not use Internet Explorer because it is really slow.  I usually use firefox and Chrome

  The Bing Bar has caused a lot of problems for alot of us. Once you install it is extremely hard to remove data from computer.
