I tested this offer before putting it live again last night, and I was credited immediately and there was the usual 5 minute survey.  I am not sure why you would have a different experience, but in order to investigate, can someone who is having troubles upload some screenshots to illustrate?  I have to point out that SOME users are being credited anyway...

Not much to see as far as screenshots, but for what it's worth...

After the first page where I entered my details and chose what game I'd like to win tickets for, I got three separate survey pages:

   
   


Then the next screen was too fast for me to grab a screenshot, but I just got a message stating, "Sorry, you don't qualify for this survey", then it redirected me to the login page for Surveyhead.com

Weird -- I am seeing on the Offer Approved thread that it is crediting for other people. I'm using Firefox... maybe tomorrow I'll give it a try using IE and see if that makes a difference.

I was happy to see this one back again - it was so quick and easy before.  I opened it and clicked on it but then it went into survey mode and after failing to qualify for four different surveys, I gave up.  I was looking forward to some easy money.  HOpe you guys qualified and got the goody.  I will try again....seems like a good one anyway.

Here is what I keep getting, Admin. Then I download the toolbar and no credit. I cleared my cookies and temporary internet files prior to trying this again but it did not help. Thanks!

Yep, that's what I get too.  No survey, just the toolbar to download.

This survey is credited after 15 minutes. Keep page open until you get credit...at least wait for 15 minutes.

Same here.....ever since it was put back up, I've been getting this page too. I try several times a day and keep getting the same thing. I'm not going to download the toolbar....too many issues with downloads, and especially now that some of you have downloaded it and not received anything. I don't understand why some of us are getting this page and others are getting the survey....makes no sense!!!

It seems to me that there is a sequence - you get the survey on your first visit, toolbar on your next, and perhaps another survey after that?  I am not entirely sure, and I've asked the advertiser for clarification on the process.
