Does refereals count towards the 15 min cashout or is it part of the 25 min?

Bonuses or earnings from referrals count towards the $25 but not the $15.  $15 has to be from offers that you do yourself.

Thanks. I dont think the sign up bonus counts either.

That is probably correct because none of the bonuses I get count toward the $15.  For example the $3 for posting in the forum.  The $15 needs to come from offers that generate income for the site.
