I have been doing survey and there has been a lot of surveys I don't get paid because it states that I do not qualified for.  I think it is not far because we are still filling out the pre-qualification surveys.

I very seldom qualify but the companies have to have a way to screen to get a legitimate amount of surveys from each group that they need.  Consequently the screening questions.  I do think there are sometimes too many screening questions though.  It really should only take a maximum of 10 questions.

Some sites do.

MyView works on a POINT BASED system. You earn enough points, you can translate them to money. You need 35,000 Points to cash out for $25.00. They give you 125 points just to open up a survey, which translates to about $0.09

MySurvey also works on a POINT BASED system. You earn enough points, you can translate them to money. You need 1,100 Points to cash out for $10.00. They give you 5 points just to open up a survey, which translates to about 4 1/2 cents.

But MANY other sites, like Toluna, Global Test Market, E-Poll, and the like DO NOT give you a stipend unless you complete the entire survey. For sure, it's not an Industry Standard, but it is being done here and there.

Definitely because its not fair to the rest of us who don't qualify because we were willing to go as far as entering in all our info and then get turned down. Not cool.

There was a company here in Washington called globaltestmarket that used to be really cool about that. They suck now  :dontknow: - but they used to be awesome, cause even for the surveys you didn't qualify for, you got 5 cents. People running websites like these get some money for every click, but they usually get penalized for people who fill in invalid surveys

Should you get paid for jobs you're not qualified for?  So you filled out an application and maybe got called for an interview but you didn't get the job.  Should they pay you for that?  People feel way too entitled these days.

I think honestly if you don't do a survey, then you shouldn't get paid, HOWEVER... there are a few "survey sites" out there that I will have nothing do to with because I think they are possibly scamming people. One example of this is the surveyhead site. I was a member of them for a while, and I must have done like over 50+ surveys, or I should say TRIED to do. And I NEVER qualified, not once for a single one. I tried the cheapest paying ones, the shortest, longest, etc... I tried different ones, and I was never approved. BUT the main thing that really got me about these, was like if it said the whole survey would only take 30 mins, I found a LOT of times it would boot me out saying I don't qualify or etc... after like 20+ mins. And this was not like I was JUST answering a few qualifying questions, I was taking the actual survey. I am not dumb either, I mean I understand the basics about taking a survey, be honest, remember what you answered before, and etc...

Another site & surveys I stay away from is the Isops or however you spell their name. I found out that they use something in the form of malware or etc... and put it on your computer. I used to take them no problem, then one day my comp started acting weird and the only thing I was doing at the time was their survey. Anyway I did a few scans, and 2 different ones found stuff from them on my comp. So I had my programs block what ever it was, and prevent it from being slipped into my comp again. Ever since I did this, they will no longer approve me to do their surveys. I get a stupid message every single time saying I don't qualify, and it is just after I enter the first things like age, location or something. I think this is BS, I am trying to do a survey, not allow them to put stuff on my comp.

Ok back to the main question... I don't think you should be paid when you do not complete a survey, BUT if you DO complete like a certain %, and they boot you out of it, then YES they should compensate you some how. I have been booted out saying "unfortunately you do not... blah blah blah" and the thing about it is some of those times I was like 80% or more through the survey, and this is not a guess, it is a fact, based on those little bars they have showing you your progress.

FusionCash does not get paid if you do not qualify and complete the survey, therefore you do not get paid.  They are a business, and they already give out plenty of free money via their many competitions and bonuses.

I very much agree with Dreamy's job analogy as well!

I was talking mostly about the survey sites themselves, that I was a member of... not doing surveys through other sites like this one or etc...

I understand this. If FusionCash doesn't get paid unless we qualify, then we don't get paid. Unfortunate, but that is the way it is. I also agree with an earlier poster who stated that when you are 50+ in age, you don't qualify for quite a few surveys.

Not qualifying for surveys is getting really annoying but i doubt FC can give us all incentives. An entry to some special FC sweepstakes (daily/weekly) would make me feel a little better about not qualifying *hint*hint* lol dreamyxo is right tho so i cant complain

In defense of Surveyhead, and Ipsos by I-say. I work with both companies. I intend to drop Surveyhead just as soon as they pay me my $25.00, which should be anytime now. I have not experienced the same problems as previously mentioned. However, I started working with them in mid-November, and this will be the first time I get to cash out with them. I've made over $100.00 in the same period of time here on Fusion Cash. Surveyhead takes too long to PROCESS surveys you've completed, and it's quite a chore to get into them to begin with. Then it takes 4-6 weeks to have your request for payment approved, and another 4 weeks once they approve it, to send it. Simply ridiculous.

I've been paid once by Ipsos for $10.00, and they have since then raised their minimum payout to $15.00, so it's taking even longer to reach the second time around. I have not experienced the malware problem however, so I can't vouch for that. The good thing with them, though, is you do get a little something for each survey you take, be it 5 points, or 150 points, or more. And I like their Poll Predictor game, though I've never won anything from it.

That's my two cents on those companies.
