I'm so excited. I just started working on Monday at Septa, which is the acronym for Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. I'm so happy, happy, happy!!!!!!!!!! I just am so overwhelmed with excitement. I thank God for this opportunity. I'll be working in the Customer service department answering phone calls as to which routes customers have to take to get to their destinations. Give them the times that buses and/or trains will be arriving. It's a lot of work but I'm willing to learn all that there is to know. Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats.....customer service jobs were always my favorite kind before I retired. I loved talking to different people.

Good for you! I am so glad someone is going back to work. I am still looking for a CSR jobs. I think is harder for me because, I am on per disability. I have been on disability for over 7 years. My health is better now, but the jobs are not hiring. Enough about me. Again Congrats to you!

I've been applying like crazy, but no one's called just yet. I get to do financial aid for the new college I'm attending in the next couple weeks; hopefully they'll have some work-study available.
