Daily Email

Have used daily email many times and there have been a few times I didn't get the email til the next day. But today I got it, and the sponsor link comes up but when I clicked on it, nothing happened and I haven't been credited. Have tried reloading and that did not help.

I haven't ever had problems receiving the daily e-mail, but today the same thing happened to me - I clicked on the ad and nothing happened. I tried from home and work, and finally tried using Internet Explorer (I normally use Chrome). It worked just fine in IE and I was credited. Not sure if it was just finally fixed by the time I used IE, or what. But if you're having problems, try using a different browser.

Thanks! I used IE as well, normally I'm in Chrome, and it worked this time - though it didn't bring up the sponsor's page, just an error message - but I got credited.

Yeah, I got that error message too, but I still got credit. Glad I could help! I hope they get it fixed for Chrome. I hate having to go back and forth between browsers!

 I had similiar issue but it resolved itself the next day so be patient. I had to resign up though when I took months off so make sure u are still signed up for the email to receive them.

I have had the problem where I click on the sponsor link and the captcha box does not come up. What I do is go back to the email click on it again. Then, wait for that sponsor page to fully load before I click. Then, the captcha box will pop up.

I got one today and no sponsor advertisement shows up.

You may want to go back and try to open the email up again, there sometimes is a bug with the email links.

You might also put in a support ticket as well.

I had a problem with my daily email today too.  After I rebooted my computer, Bing hijacked my search engines.  I didn't realize it until I opened my daily cash email.  It flashed the daily cash email and disappeared and only showed the Bing Search Bar.  I couldn't click on the ad to get to the captcha.  After several tries, I then noticed that Bing had placed itself all over my browser.  I hate when that happens without my permission.  I disabled it and the email then showed up.  I was able to get to the captcha, but I also had an error prompt.  I did, however, receive credit.  Another glitch, but I'm sure it will be working fine tomorrow or soon thereafter.

One problem I'm having Is when I click on It and try to click where I need too, It asks me to download something. I did a support ticket but I'm still having problems. I've been missing out on getting credited.

Been having problems with the daily email for the past week but the last few days it has been working

I use IE also but when I get one that does that I close it go and click a button on top next to my refresh called compatability Mode then it works fine.  If you don't have the compatability mode you can get it from microsoft free from the downloads.  Love it.  Hope this helps.

Chrome finally started working again for me with the Daily Email this week. I noticed the site was down today for maintenance - I wonder if they're fixing other issues related to different browsers? I was nervous the Daily Email was going to be broken again, but once I finally got the email, I verified that it's still working!!
