Offers Make you uneasy

I should first start out by saying that I am new on this website. I get the basic jist of it and I have received some money from offers. But I do have to ask does anyone ever get worried about giving out information? I have had a few offers ask for address and what not and some asking to download something. Has anyone ever ran into problems once they downloaded something?

I don't download that much, but I haven't had any trouble with what I have downloaded.  The offers that I won't do are the ones asking for a phone number.  I don't want anymore sales calls than I already get.

I don't download anything or give out my personal information (like phone #).
You can earn a decent amount by just doing the dailiy offers like surveys, daily email, daily ptc, watching videos available, and doing 30 posts/ month in the forum and trying to complete the 2 weekly contests (in the contests and promotions section of the forum).
It takes me anywhere from 1.5-3 months to cash out just doing these.

To see if any videos are available (if you don't know):  Offers->Daily->More Special Offers->Video (or Free, sometimes the videos will be hidden in the free tab)

I don't do anything that requires a phone number and I created an email address to use so that my good email address doesn't get spammed. I also have an old laptop for downloading things. I never use it unless I need to download something for money, so if it has a virus or something it's not on my good computer.

I don't do downloads, even when they want to do one on the daily surveys occasionally.  I'm very picky about what I download to my computer.  However, others have had great success and get credited easily.  It all depends on the individual.  If you have good and updated antivirus and antispyware software on your computer, you should be okay.

As far as your personal information, it all depends on how comfortable you feel giving it out.  You do need to provide truthful information when doing offers, or risk getting the offer revoked later on.  My suggestion is always to read over the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of the offers before going forward with them.  If anything in there makes you feel uneasy, then you might want to abort the offer.

I never do downloads either.I do most free offers.(the ones that will go through for me.Most of the ones in the "Reward Varies" category never work for me. )

I don't have a CC to begin with,so I stick with the dailies & videos mostly.But it works out well just doing that.
