i was 13 i come from a strick italian family so i was married at 13 and had my first child right after i got married i had my second one 10 years later she was a miracle baby because they told me i wouldn't be able to get pregant after my first child but they are the best thing that i ever did they are a blessing both of them

I was 17. strict American father. left home. had child 9 months & 2 days after we were married. but I had another at 18, another at 19... so I was blessed, but wished I had waited. oh well, today they are all grown and doing well.

My ... I can not imagine being a mom at age 13.  I had VERY strict parents  and married at age 24 and had my one and only child at age 26.

I had my son at 25. I wish I had been a little more settled into my "grown-up" life but oh well. I'm working toward getting my grown-up life as a single mom all arranged so that we are in the place I wanted to be. It's going to take some work as I want to send my son to private school when he goes...so busy busy busy. I don't think I would have been able to handle everything had I been younger, it's hard enough now.

I was 24.  I know I couldn't have done it at 13.  That's incredible.

i was 28 when i had my son.  I was certain I wanted them so much earlier in life (after college around age 22) but then things just didn't work out that way.  I did end up having my son shortly after I got married -- so blessed.  About to have baby # 2 at age 32.

I, too, married at age 24, and had my first child at age 26.

I had my first one at 22 and second one at 25. I can't imagine 13 either. I don't think we were quite ready at 22, but it was one of the 2 best things that ever happened. Now my babies are 21 & 18.
