Nielsen Panel installed, but no credit to account

I downloaded the Nielsen Panel software. My account has not been credited, it's been 4 days. The Nielsen website said credit would be issued in 1 or 2 days, and FusionCash says "instant credit". Has anyone else had this problem?

I have never had a problem with Neilsen not crediting. Every time they have a different offer I do it and always get credited immediately. Are you sure you have completely finished setting up your account with them?

Of course I did. You can't install their software unless you do!

I downloaded it too when I first started with fusion cash but,I got paid for it. I had to delete it though cause it messed up my computer. Not sure why but the FC toolbar does the same thing so i had to delete that too. Too bad too I liked the toolbar.

It's messing up my computer also. It is running 2 processes at startup, when i'm not online. It's advertised as software that collects data about your internet browsing. It has the add-on in my browser so it should not be running when i'm offline. It also installed a plugin to Windows Media Player, why? I guess i'll just delete the Nielsen Panel software if i'm not going to get paid for it, why have a slow computer for no reason.

I have the same issue, installed got no credit and it runs 3 processes on my pc.

Of course I did. You can't install their software unless you do!

No, the software will install right away. Then, you will get an email and you have to put in all your information and do a survey.

Have you ever done this offer anywhere else before Fc. If you have you won`t see credit at all. But if your new to doing them, sometimes it can take longer to credit. I have seen offers not approve intill like 14 days down the road.
