Hi, i'm new to this site and would appreciate if anyone could tell me how the $15 minimum promotions work (in order to be paid). I understand that there has to be a minimum of $25, but where does the $15 come in?

How much money do I need in my account in order to cash out?
The minimum balance for cashing out is $25. At least $15 of your balance must come from completed offers.

$15.00 has to be made from offers like surveys, reading ads daily and signups.  It's real easy to do.  Money made from bonuses and referrals is not considered offers.   
I try never to miss the daily offers.  The money can really add up.  I usually cash out once every 3 months.  If I had referrals, I would do even better.  This is the area to work on. 
However, we can't forget about the daily offers.

$15.00 must be earned by you completing offers.   You can do all types of offers.  FusionCash has different categories.

I do the free offers, surveys, the daily Paid to Click offer, Daily email, and some from the More Special Offers tab.

Money you earn from bonuses does not count in the $15.00 from Offers balance.  You can earn $3.00 bonus every month for posting in the Forum.  Click this link for more details on it:

You can also earn referral bonuses.

I would highly recommend that you take the time to watch the Tutorial Videos which are found on The OFFERS page.  There is a blue tab labeled "Watch Tutorial Video" right above the green boxes with the offers in them.
