depending on how old your kids are they might like meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and maybe a salad

i made mini taco bowls. i cut flour tortillas into smaller circles and pressed them into cupcake tins and baked them for about 15 minutes til they were lightly browned and crispy. once they cooled i filled them with my unfried refried black beans (i get a can of black beans and cook them til they are soft, then smash them so they have the look and texture of refried beans but without the actually process of frying them) i topped that with some shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and avocado. so yummy!

Our winter garden is coming in now since we live in south Florida. Lots of greens, turnips, and radishes. YUM :)

Well, today is saturday so i usually do chicken cutlet subs and some fries. If not, then some ravioli and spaghetti and meatballs, canned of course. Maybe a bit of canned salmon to mix and due to health. They say salmon is good for the body.
