I did this offer today and haven't been credited. Does it have anything to do with being on a Mac? I obviously had to download and install the Mac version.

I don't have a Mac and I didn't get credit for RealPlayer several months ago.  I do now have RealPlayer though.

I am not sure if I ever did get accredited for the realplayer offer, I may have and did not check back, some offers may take a little while longer to get but in the end am sure you will get your credit.

it's not just you; i have windows 7 used ff to complete this offer, but no credit. It's rare for a download offer to credit, if any for that matter.
