I like red meat, but not all the time.  I like variety - ground round, steak, pot roast, etc.  I eat a lot of chicken and fish, but like to mix it up once or twice with some red meat.  I tend to work out a lot (regular exercise and sport), and I find sometime red meat give me some of the nutrients I need better than the others.  But as everything in life - I eat it in moderation.

I stay away from red meat. I eat chicken, turkey and fish. I trhink the latter are more healthier than red meat.

No read meat since my last colonoscopy!  All fish and sometimes chicken.  Feel much better.

Red meat is a definite go!
A nice rare to medium rare cut of steak on the grill.
A bleeding prime rib with horseradish and a nice light gravy ... yum.

Always eat red meat, but by the time I'm done cooking it it isn't red anymore.

I have eaten red meat all my life, 41 years worth so why change now? Steak, Potatoes and a salad are a must! I know it's not good for me but why not enjoy life with something you love.

Eating red meat increases one's risk of cancer and heart disease drastically, thus increasing the  likelihood of death. Red meats include pork and beef as well as other processes meats such as hot dogs or hamburger. The meats are a source of carcinogens formed during cooking. The iron in red meat may increase oxidative cell damage, leading to health problems. The saturated fat found in meat has been linked with breast and colorectal cancer.
To reduce the risk of cancer, it is recommended to reduce consumption of red meat to less than 18 ounces per week. I'm not a vegetarian but I do try to eat less of these kinds of meats, and instead eating more chicken and fish.
Stay healthy, my friends!

Not really, I eat alot of chicken, fish, veg., fruit, but ever once in a while I have to have a good juciey hamburger or steak. A few year's back I changed the way I eat and cut out meat, and procecced food, fast food, all that kind of stuff.

Excuse my language, but Hell No!!!! I had taken a nutrition class in college for my science credit, and I had to do a report on Mad Cow disease.  So after that, it pretty much turned me away from red meat.
