why do fusion cash staffers alter credit and bonus areas without informing you

i had my account altered in two days ...the difference for my cash out was 46 cents ....2 dollars was moved over to the bonus area without my knowledge i didnt do any bonuses since my last referral in january 26th...they added 2 dollars to my bonus area but never posted what the bonus was for or where it was  coming
this sound fishy should i call fusion cash it self

I would call them  just to be on the safe side.  How do you contact them by phone, I have never seen there phone number on here.
