Which do you prefer " Going to bed early or late " ?

I go to bed kinda early. I'm usually in bed by 10:30 pm or 11pm.

I prefer going to bed late, but I go early if I have to be at work by 9am

I go to bed when I get tired and sleepy.  If I am sleepy at 9:00 pm I go to bed or if I am sleepy at 2:00 am I go to bed.

late, if i go to sleep early i will wake up even more tired, but waking up just sucks

I FEEL MUCH BETTER, if, I GOT TO BEAD EARLY ENOUGH TO GET UP BEFORE 8:00 am.

BUTTTTT, sometimes, I get to working on this computer and forget the time and go to bed very late and then sleep very late and never seem to get right ALL DAY LONG.

i would definitely prefer to hit the hay around 10pm. unfortunately for me (and my family, in some cases) my husband works graveyard 6 nights a week so i find it hard to fall asleep and usually find myself still tossing and turning at midnight. i love that one night a week when he is home and i get the deepest, best night of sleep ever.

i hate getting up early when i have to be somewhere like work or class but i like getting up early when the sun is coming up and enjoying a cup of coffee with nowhere to go

I find that the older I get the stranger my sleep patterns become, I usually can't go to bed before 1 or 2 am, but am always up around 7.

I am in bed early most nights as I get up real early for work. 4:15 comes way to early for me.

I would rather go to sleep late it just feels like i have more energy then.

Now that I'm retired I prefer to go to bed late. That's one of the things that I looked forward to in retireing. The later the better because I can stay in bed as long as I want to and it feels good.

When i gotta get up early, I like going to bed early. When I don't have anything going on the next day and can sleep in, I like t go to bed a little later.

I prefer going to bed late because I have 2,3,5 year olds. My time with them starts at 7:30 am and doesn't end till 8:00pm. Once they are in bed I am able to focuss even more on my computer.
