Can you go a day without food?

Ive gone for 2 days before without food.. not by choice but because we were low on money. I've also tried fasting, and have not been able to do it. I would love to master a 5 day water fast.

I have done it, but it is very difficult. I know a lady that only drank water with a vitamin supplement (mixed in the water) that fasted for 45 days. Fasting takes alot of discipline and much prayer.  When everything else has failed I believe what the bible says about prayer and fasting. I believe it is the sacrifice that warrants the result.

Yes I have done it and had a major headache but I have to be careful since things like diabetes run in my family.I have gone up to 3 days without eating and like I said all I got was a major headache.

But never try to do that , it's not good for health.

I can go several days without food when I'm really sad and depressed. I usually can't sleep either because of all the stress I'm under sometimes. Yes it's possible to go a day without food for me.

I did went 2 days without food when i was young but not now because of health reasons

I can barely go 5 hours without food. I get all grumpy.

I can go two or three days without food as long as I can sip on water.

I can and have before. I'd rather eat. Pray and stuff without fasting.

No, I can make it until 3 or 4:00 pm but them my blood sugar drops and I have to eat.

I could if I had to. It's not the best choice as your body is like a car. It needs fuel to function. plus I love to eat !!!!!!

I fast, but thats not really "a day"...it's more like most of the day. I dont think i'd be able to go 24 hours without food though. and if i did, i dont suspect i'd feel too good the day after, lol.

 I have never tried to go a fulll day without food, but I think that I would be able to do it! But I am sure it wouldn't be to easy
