Why does FC says my email is now invalid?

I have been using this email address for over ten months with Fusion Cash, now it's says that my email is invalid. Why is that?>

when exactly does it say this? when you log in and stuff, or when you do offers? is this the email address you used to sign up to the site.
could you elaborate more on this situation.

i suggest sending in a support ticket and see if they can solve your problem.

i suggest sending in a support ticket and see if they can solve your problem.

I'm not a new member here. I've been a member for over ten months and have been using this same email address henceforth. I just recently encountered this problem. I received the daily email this morning with no problem at all. It was when I watched one of the videos that Fusion cash seemed to not have been able to send me the email that says I've successfully completed the video offer.

so your saying you're not receiving the emails that tell you when you get credited for offers and such?

maybe the emails are going to your spam folder or something. i'm not sure, but i think there's a way to change the option if you want to get those emails for offer completion or not.

There is a message in my account page in bold red that says this : Action Required: Your email address is not receiving our messages.

Kiki1992.......I would definitely send in a support ticket on that since you've always been using the same email address, and see what Admin. says the problem is.

It's funny....I still have the bold red message in my account that says "Action Required: Your email address is not receiving our messages," but I just received the daily cash email. I have no idea why I have this message on my account. I did send a ticket because I thought I wouldn't be receiving the daily cash email, but I just received it.

I had the same thing happen to me once.  I think it happened because I let my mailbox fill up and one of FusionCash's emails to me bounced.  Once that happened, it showed that my email was invalid.  I had to go in and update my email address, even though it was the same email address.  Once I did that, all has been well.

I had the same thing happen to me once.  I think it happened because I let my mailbox fill up and one of FusionCash's emails to me bounced.  Once that happened, it showed that my email was invalid.  I had to go in and update my email address, even though it was the same email address.  Once I did that, all has been well.

One of the advantages of having a Gmail address.  The size of their memory for you is huge.

I also have a regular email address with 10g? memory.  Never had a problem until I went on vacation for 3 weeks and the mailbox filled up.  Caused a few problems, but eventually all was resolved.  Could also happen if people send you lots of photos -- they fill up the mail box quickly.

This happens if you mark one of our emails as 'spam' or an email message is 'bounced' back to us. 

You can still receive the DCE because it's sent from a different system.

I've cleared the bounce notice from your account and you should be able to receive notifications again.
