I would be scared of both but would probably be less scared of bungy jumping.

Definitely sky-diving....but I'm not sure if I could do either when it came right down to it!

M greatest fear is tornados. Been afraid of them forever. When a bad storm comes through watch out because i'll be a nervous wreck.lol

People, the poster asks which one you'd be more afraid of: bungee-jumping or skydiving...

For me, it would be bungee jumping. I'd trust the people who run skydiving companies. I guess I'd think they were former military members, so would know what they're doing.
