It's in the Terms Of Service (T.O.S.). It says this in section IV, Point C.

"Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment."

It sucks, but it's the rules. There are other sites that have a similar policy, as well. TOLUNA's T.O.S. says this: "each Point award will expire and be forfeited regardless of your “activity” 12 months after the Points were credited to your account." GLOBAL TEST MARKET says this: "MarketPoints expire three years from the date of award and, if sooner, upon twelve (12) months of no account activity." Lastly, but surely not the last example I could give, MyView's T.O.S. says: "MyView Points expire one (1) year from date such MyView Points were accrued. Any MyView Points not redeemed within one (1) year from date of accrual will be void at MyView’s discretion."

I work with 14 companies myself, and have never had this happen, because I stay current with each one. But it's in their T.O.S. as well. I know many of us don't bother to read these lengthy things, but we ought to at least glance over them from time to time.

Really sorry this happened to you. I know it hurts. But if you can get passed it, Fusion Cash IS the best of the 14 companies I work with. So, don't let your disappointment rob you of the opportunity to get back to work, and make a small fortune.
