why doesnt Fusion Cash give something for time we take to take a survey and not get approved they ca=ould give 2 cents like they do on the mail at least it make it more worthy !?

FusionCash only gets paid by the survey offers if we successfully complete a survey.  So, no money for us means no money for them.  If they were to start paying out even a few cents for people to 'try' a survey, I think a couple things would happen.  First, you'd have people just randomly clicking answers in the surveys really not caring and doing it just to get their 'try' money.  That would be bad also for the survey companies.  The other reason would be, where are they getting the money to pay the users to try?  You'd just see the reward for people who do complete surveys cut drastically in order to support this type of system.  I'd much rather get $0.65 for a SurveyHead survey which took me 15 minutes, than get say $0.20, but a penny or two on the days I don't qualify.

I just wish they could make the system more reliable. It's pretty frustrating to FINALLY qualify for a survey, take the 30 minutes to comlete it, make sure you're all done and everything confirmed, and then NOT get the credit for it. I understand that there are many reasons that they don't credit, but it makes me just not want to bother if it may not credit. 
That said, I love the daily tasks, daily clicks, and daily email, they always credit!

There are very fews survey sites that provide a consolation reward for trying, but  being DQ'd for a survey.  But there are a couple (MyPoints; My Surveys are two)  A few sites give you a entry into their monthly sweepstakes (Survey Spot, Inbox for two) and one gives you a choice of a donation to a charity, sweepstakes entry or instant win  (Opinion Outpost).

It all costs money, as mentioned above, if they pay a pittance to everyone who tries, than those who do qualify get less.

It is common practice for GTP sites to not pay you for surveys you qualified for and completed, IF THEY DON'T GET PAID.

But it might help if you
a) clear your cookies and temps before you start the survey
b) keep the congradulations window open for 10-15 minutes or until you receive notice that the survey has been credited (I always have another tab open that shows my account page -- which I refresh periodically to check if the survey has been credited
and
c) if it hasn't credited in 15 minutes, take a screen shot of the congradulations page, paste that into Paint, make notations on the page about the survey and save it to a jpeg picture.  If you haven't received credit in 2 days, send a message to support with the jpeg picture and see if they will follow thru with the survey provider.

It's certainly in FC's interest to make an effort to have the survey provider pay for surveys completed.  And it's in your interest to provide FC with proof that you've completed the survey.
