Daily cash email

Has anyone been having issues with this? I haven't received mine in almost a week

I had a couple of problems this week but eventually got my daily email each day.  So have other members.  If you have not received your daily email in a week, you need to open up a support ticket.  And also post this info under support.   I would miss my daily email and hope that your situation gets corrected..

i recieved mine this morning. check your spam folder. then put fusioncash support in your contacts so it appears in your inbox. hope this helps

I haven't gotten mine for today either, this has happened 2x in the last few weeks. If you've been on here awhile and have always received the daily wbilj it's not a matter of it being spam, they have just been behind on sending them out or something as eventually they are sent later in the day

Did you ever end up getting your daily email yesterday? I never did, filed a support ticket last night and still haven't gotten a response. I got my daily email today without issue so who knows what their problem is.

I had one day last week where it came several hours later than normal, but that was only once.   Awhile ago, they stopped for me completely, but that was because I let my mailbox overflow and one of the emails bounced back.  After sending in a support ticket, I was instructed to update my email address in my account and it started working again.  No problems since, other than it arriving late one day.

The response I received from support was not helpful at all stating it was a hotmail issue.... Feb 1 is the only day I never received my email, I got all the days prior and all the days after, I've never had issues with the other FC emails either (ie. you received credit, your cash out was approved it etc), everything always goes to my inbox, never my junk and neither is every completely full. With that said, if it happens again I will try your suggestion of updating my email address in my account, that is the best advice I've gotten - thanks so much Bessie.

I have had on and off problems.  I believe that I responded to this post already.  But, as it will turn out, I had problems with email today.  I got it but had problems trying to access it and did not get credit.  I also had earlier problems with paid to click.  That has been resolved.  I am going to go back and try email again.
