Nope.....just a step into Glory!
I think before someone can truly feel they are not afraid to die they should watch someone die. It is heart wrenching, frightening, agonizing, and just a horrible thing to go through.
To watch and hear that last breath slip from the lungs as they shut down forever, makes you stop breathing, you feel your heart skip a few times and then beat hard against your chest forcing you to take that first breathe. You stand there alive in a pool of tears as your loved ones lays there in a corpse, not knowing what has just happened.
You talk to them for a time waiting for the mortician to arrive with gurney and a body bag. The stories pour out of your mouth trying to keep that spark of life going between you and the immediately departed. But they don’t answer back, not in a way you can hear them.
Your lifeline to them is severed and now you spend your days in mourning. I fear death and you should too!
But I fear the dentist too!
