Confirming Email Address'

How do the people you refer confirm email address'? I'm new here and I"m a little confused because the faqs page didn't really explain.

It's been a long time since I had to do that for FC, but with most sites that I join currently, the site sends an email to the email address provided and the potential member needs to click on the link provided in order to complete the confirmation.

Usually the confirmation email is sent within 15 minutes (might be longer), but if the potential member doesn't see it in his regular mail, he should look in all of his spam files.  If the email is NOT received, you can usually request that a new confirmation email be resent.

Once the member has clicked on the confirmation link, the site will respond that the registration is complete and welcomes you to the site (another email).

Do you remember what you did to confirm your email address?
Or have you not confirmed your email address?  In which case, send a Trouble Ticket to Support explaining your situation.

When you refer someone and they sign up, they will get an email from the admin of fusioncase.  They need to open the email and click on the link.  If they do not get it, check spam folder or junk folder.
