I am totally confused about my payment

I understand that you don't get paid until after the 20th of the month following your request but I'm sure I requested a payout before the end of December and it doesn't show pending or anything.  It doesn't look like I did request a payment at all.  How am I supposed to know?

On your account page, does it show your earnings on the left side?  Do you see any pending amount or is it your total?  Perhaps trying to do another cashout.  What are you wanting...a check, paypal, or direct deposit?

Paypal is my preferred payment method.  It shows that I've done all the steps and tells me that I can cash out but I'm afraid to do that because I'm sure I already did at the end of December.  It shows Awaiting payment $0.00 & has a link to Cashout.  When I click the link, there's nothing to show a pending amount.  It looks like the full amount is available so I'm guess last month's request didn't take but I can't be sure because this is my first time & I don't know what is normal.  I belong to another site that shows your money until you are paid but they sent me an email to show that I had a request pending.  Here, I've had nothing.

On your account page on the left hand side it should show you a new balance and under that if you have cashed out it states awaiting cashout and the amount if you have cashed out this will be pending until aprox January 20, 2010  in the middle of the form it will have your pending cashout and the aprox date you may expect it if approved check those to places to see if your awaiting your pament that is probably what has happended.

Thanks for your help.  There was nothing that said pending anywhere so I did another cash out and saved a copy this time..

Kay, that kind of happened to me a month or two ago.  After I hit the cashout it didn't do anything, it was like it just didn't make the connection, so I just did it again and everything went thru fine.  I feel like if it doesn't show pending right away you should just do it again right then.

how soon after you request a cash out do you receive the check?

If you cashout by the last day of the month we get paid about the 20th of the following month.  So, a cashout on or by Jan 31 gets paid about Feb 20.  It will stay in the pending status till payday then it changes to cashed out.  Hope this helps.

good question. I do the direct deposit but I am still new to the site and havent cashed out yet. So if I click cashout, does it automatically go into my account? Or do I still have to wait until the 20th of the month?

Pay day for everyone is about the 20th of the next month if you cashout on or by the last day of the month.
