i put in for my cashout on dec5th and it still says pending i was just wondering why it takes so long to see the approved

Payments are approved on or around the 20th of the month AFTER you cashout. So- if you cashed out on the 5th of Dec, it won't be approved until the 20th of January... Your best bet is to wait until the last day of the month to cashout to maximize your earnings!
