I'm on my feet non-stop. My 13 month old keeps me busy. That's the extent of my exercise lol.

We bought a recumbent bike and I use it 45 minutes a day. The best thing about it is that I can watch a show on my laptop or read while I'm on there and the time just flies by! I also do ab exercises with my balance ball. I'm determined to have my pre-baby body back before the summer!

 first i do yoga after im done stretching i do lite cardio to get my hart pumping then depending on the day i work on a certain body part that i will focus on that day and on the weekend i play wii michael jackson and wii fit i want to get the kinect that way i dont have to use a controller

I try to play sports.  Exercising for me is just too boring, but I have to see new ways of motivating myself.

My preference is to take long walks and enjoy the changes that take place along the places that I walk and the people that I meet along the way.  After all half the fun is getting there.  :)

I run/walk on the treadmill everyday and I usually do some weights and ab exercises. Overall, I probably work out an hour a day.

I am training for a 1/2 marathon this summer, so I have to be sure to get in my training, which usually consists of a 6 mile easy run about 1-2 times per week. I also do 2 speed runs which are 3-4 miles for about 30 minutes. I will usually increase the running milage to about .5 to 1 mile per week (until I reach 15 miles). I also put in 2-3 strength training workouts for about 1 hour per session per week. I will also do Bob Harpers workout videos since he surely does motivate me with his EXTREME HOTNESS.....lol!! ( I  :heart: Bob Harper, I have a HUGE crush on him).

I don't really like to go to the gym unless my husband or someone I know goes with me. I feel really uncomfortable having other people stare at me while I'm working out. I'm not over-weight either. I'm 5'2" and weigh 125 lbs. I just want to get rid of a little belly fat that I have. At home I just dance and do sit ups. I actually use my own steps to improvise for my cardio workouts, since I don't have a stair master. It works really well.

I like to walk my dog every day for about 20 minutes or so.  I can easily do this during the summer months, but the winter months are a killer.  During the winter, I do walk the dog for about 5-10 minutes and then I walk up and down the steps in our house anywhere from 5-10 times.  Because of my disabilities, I think I am doing all I can do during both times of season.   :thumbsup:

     I agree with you: I like natural exercises. I do not like the equipments at the gyms because I am afraid of hurting myself...breaking a bone or hurting a muscle.

I try to go to the gym three times a week, but it usually works out to once or twice a week.  :-[
When its nice out I like to Golf and play baseball.  ;D 
I also play the wii if you call that exercise  :dontknow:

Not nearly enough, whatever it is.  I love to do yoga.  I used to do distance walking every day, but when I started taking the dog with me, his potty stops got me out of the groove, so I got out of that habit.  :(

I have a few kettle-bells around the house that I swing, press and squat with daily  added along with push ups and chin ups.
