Here I know that most of people do exercise in gym, but I prefer doing exercise outdoor, running, walking, kungfu.... doing outdoor can get more fresh air. I like dancing, but I am not good at it, I do not do it outdoor,

 I don't go crazy with my daily exercises, I just stretch, do a few push ups and then ride the exercise bike  :thumbsup:

I love the outdoors, trees, free air so whenever possible I go out.  During the winter I go to the gym.

I take my dog on 2-3 daily walks for about 30-45 mins total walking time every day.  I will then typically choose either going to my apt's gym, doing Tae Bo, or doing the Zumba dance videos.  The Zumba and Tae Bo videos are very good workouts; my muscles are becoming better defined (and I have muscle I can actually feel in my abdominal region).  I've also lost about 7 lbs as well, and I just started doing this about a month ago. 

If you are trying to lose weight, make sure you don't neglect strength training.  If you have more muscle, you burn more calories at all times, including during sleep.  And do keep hydrated, with water preferably.

Okay, so over the years I have collected workout moves from magazines.  It takes me a good month to get through the whole collection, then I just start over again.  I exercise in my own home, which saves money, and I feel more comfortable and don't need to find a sitter for my son.  I can also listen to my music out loud vs. head phones.  If I'm sore the next day, I just stretch.  I stretch for 15 minutes, work out for 30, then stretch another 15.  If I work super early and don't have time to work out in the morning I just skip it completely because I only like to work out in the morning.

Various things in and around my home. Don't care to pay for a gym membership lol
Most of what I do is normal stuff. Plus some cardio and a bit of martial arts (trying to get more into this one!) Once spring hits I'll start riding and jogging again but for now I'll stay inside. :thumbsup:

I lift weights at the gym 3 times a week and have a jujitsu class twice a week.  When it's nice out I love going for bike rides.

I get out of bed and drink coffee. I'm doomed. Maybe if the Dodgers hired me to play 3rd base I'd exercise a bit more.

I was an ultra-marathon runner up until 4 months ago when I broke a bone.  My cast came off yesterday and I can't run until March per the Doctor's orders.  I was on the stationary bike for an hour yesterday and today so that I could begin melting off the 20 pounds that I have gained since becoming inactive and plan on hitting a rowing machine in about 15 minutes (for an hour) as well as limiting my caloric intake and spreading it out over 6 small meals per day.

I just run/walk on a treadmill everyday and usually walk everywhere I have to go.

I usually walk on the treadmill everyday.Maybe walk at the track a couple of times a week.Been on my diet since June have lost 71 lbs,74 to go.Need to start adding some weights.

I do resistance training, cardio, and stretches.  I try to exercise most days of the week.  I prefer to do exercises that help me vent my stress levels and relax.  Martial arts is great for this.  Also, I have found that dancing and/or singing to my favorite songs also helps me release anxiety and lower my stress levels.
