If you as me we need guns we are americans and all the bad guys would have guns any way and the people that obey the law would have no way to defened them self.

To be honest, I don't know why the government brand us as criminals and assume when we own guns, we are already the bad guys. Criminals can't get guns the same way citizens do, so they get it at other sources such as black markets. That's why the situation is flawed.
