Come on now! St Patrick's and Easter stuff out already?

I hate that.  It's barely January and already they have St Patrick's Day and Easter stuff out already.  I went to the Dollar Tree today and they had this crap out already.  I hate it when stores do this.  Why do they do that?  As if your life doesn't go by so fast enough already they want to try and speed it up.  Slow down!  People will buy the stuff if they want when it's time.  Why shove it in out faces 6 months ahead of time it's ridiculous and I hate it!

I have a problem with it.  I like to have things happen around the holiday that I is see coming I don't want to think about the holiday 6 months down the road.  Then you also start wondering when some of this candy it packed up.  If it is ok to set on the self for all that time when did the store get it in to begin with.  I think there should be a 2 or 3 week rule.

i love seeing St. Patrick stuff because my some was born at 11:06 an hour before St. Patty's day it reminds me of the day he was born

Valentine's Candy was in the stores the Day after Christmas.  I thought that was rushing things.  But to have EASTER stuff on the shelves already is really going too far.  Good grief.

For real for real. I don't like when stuff is out way too early. They should put it out a month before the holiday.

I don't like it, except when it's for Mardi Gras stuff.  I'm never in Louisiana for Mardi Gras, and now I can pick up a king cake at Christmas.

I don't like to see that either. It's just a way to remind consumers to get ready to spend more money. It's ridiculous  ::)all holidays have become so commercial. spend, spend, spend... that's all it's about

Hi, I am new to this system, but I could not help agreeing w/ you. I can accept the  St Valentines Day decorations  out,even though this guy is married now for only 2 years but anything else is just (too much) no matter what the state of the economy. My mind is on more important things like wether my pro football team will not only make it to the Superbowl but finally actually win it!

I hate that too. I haven't seen any Easter stuff (not yet anyway) but I've seen Valentine's and St. Patrick's Day stuff. I don't think it would hurt stores to at least take a little breather inbetween holidays.
