Has anyone researched or actually had the vagina rejuvenation surgery???  Would it be something you would be interested in doing?  And if any men want to post, is this something you would want your girl/wife to do?

Thoughts.....

depends if you actually want to be whole there than okay but if you just want to tighten up a little there are creams and toys and exercises that work or may help. I use Kegal *bleep* you can get them from athens home novelties and they have a tighten up cream too. way cheaper than surgery and safer too

According to one surgery site, VR is supposed to tighten the muscles in there due to the wreckage caused by childbirth

The vagina is supposed to mostly return to its normal state after childbirth

No thanks, I don't want to loose my virginity again.

Not sure if ya'll have children/had them thru vaginal but I think for the majority of women it does return back to the normal state/pretty darn close to being a virgin. Sex is great but after having a kid, it was one of the last things I wanted to do and for a lot of females I know they felt the same. So when you do finally get back into the swing of the things, it's like starting all over again!

ya I never had that problem I couldnt wait until my 6 weeks were up my stitches were out and I got the okay from the doctor to have sex again. we were still sexually active we just werent having intercourse. its not like we were getting much sleep anyways and Idk why i was tired and hurting too and i had a really rough pregnancy and delivery (My son and I almost didnt make it) but  i never lost my sex drive

I'm definitely with you there, although I had an emergency C section due to preclampsia (I think that is the correct spelling)... although I think my husband was worse.  The looks he gave me while I was still laid up in the hospital... guessing its not just about physical attraction there, because I was definitely a mess!

I had preclampsia too they didnt have to do the c section tho cuz the medicine to induce me worked but if it hadnt they were gonna do the c section cause my son wasnt getting feed through the placenta and its was leaking toxins into me but it was a dry birth. ya my husband managed to deal until we got home my son was transfered to a different hostipal that had a NICU soo he was worried about my son and me cuz i like couldnt walk but once my son was outa the woods he wanted to share a bed ( the place we were staying had only twins) and get back to lovin quick

It annoys me that all this plastic surgery stuff gives guys the impression that women shouldn't age in any area

I dont know what guys you hang around with or are talking about but the guys i know are well aware and prefer real women that age and grow. Idk that this counts as plastic surgery. people get plastic surgery for many different reasons.

I agree with you on this, Mack, but I would go a step further and say that it is hard on adolescent girls growing up with these impossible standards.  As if there isn't already an issue with seeing models and airbrushed women everywhere, then there is the possibility of plastic surgery for everything.  Its vomit-inducing.

I agree!! I've never had a weight problem or anything like that and have always been an athlete, but I've heard guys call people fat who are below average weight...it's like there's this impossible standard out there that is considered normal and it is far from normal
there is literally some form of surgery for everything and the image portrayed to people is no wrinkles, no fat, big *bleep*...
aging gracefully seems like a better alternative to me, and much less expensive haha

I didn't even know this was a type of surgery, but it sounds awfully painful to me. Unless it is medically needed, there is no way I am going through that.

One can not get their virginity back , because they were touched there and  that will never be erased. What they're trying to accopmplish is the feel of tightness for the man, if you tighten the muscles when you're being penerated it will still feel tight.

It's a personal choice. I think there is a lot to consider. The surgery could go wrong, and leave the vagina looking worse than it did before. And maybe after getting it, you wouldn't feel comfortable anymore. It also costs a lot of money, and I don't believe any insurance covers it.

I would certainly support my girlfriend in anything she wants to do, but since she's only 20, I doubt whether this procedure is in order for her, at least for another 20 years or so.  If a woman has had a lot of kids and having the surgery is something she wants to enhance her own self-esteem (and perhaps her love life), then why not?  As long as her surgeon thinks the procedure is safe and she can afford it, then I say go for it.
