i got the shoes that are supposed to help u work out ur legs and butt everytime u take a step. they are not sketchers. they are from walmart. a cheaper brand about 24 dollars. they are awesome but i dont think they have enough round ness to them on the bottom. i dont feel it working.

I just don't think those shoes really contribute anything. I mean if they do work out for you that's great. But it's like every brand is coming out with their own shoes that claim that they'll help with that.

When I was in the business world and walking around a lot, and up and down at my desk, the thing that helped me the most was a good support hose.  I think a lot of these high priced shoes (sneakers) aren't worth the price.  I wore oxfords all through school, and my feet are very healthy.  I can wear just about any type of shoe with no problems today.  I still wear support hose when I go out, to church, etc.  I think that does more than any so called great shoe.

Of course the men couldn't wear the hose, (well they could, but Uh...weird) but they have great support socks also that go up to the knee for men.

I think those shoes that are suppose to help tone your body are  just another rip off from people who wants to believe there is a big difference.  Another fad on its way out.

yeah i dont think that these shoes will do the trick, need to walk at a nice pace and at least thirty minutes a day.  I like a good cross trainer.
