Robbed?
« on: December 28, 2010, 11:31:19 am »
 :dontknow:
My balance last week was just over $80 and I just checked today and I'm down to $66 and change...I didn't cash out. So what happened to that ~$14?

Some of your offers must have been denied and the money taken out of your account.   You can look down the list of offers and see which ones were not accepted.   Or it might be that you cancelled an offer after signing up.   If there is no explanation, you can open a support ticket.  We are at the end of the month and if I were you, I would cash out.

I checked and all my first 12 or so offers (Including my $5 sign up bonus) had been listed as expired. I didn't realize it did that. Anyone know if we can get back?

There is one explanation - all of your offers have to be cashed out before 180 days, after the 180 days the offer will expire and you will not recieve the credit. I suggest making your cashouts transferred to a paypal account so then you can still have the cash and it wont expire but it will just be online waiting to be cashed out when you want! I hope this helps!

I don't think you can get it back. You must cash out before any offers reach 180 days.

It seems a lot of people with larger amounts of money get hit with the 180 day rule. I cashout as soon as I get to 25 since this minimizes the amount of money I need to have from offers. I guess some people would just rather get big checks.

Most likely its expired!  If you don't cashout before they expire then you will lose the money and they don't give it back.  Its in the rules about this so make sure you keep up with with you have done them and dont' let them go past the 180 days.  You could do a support ticket but I don't think it will do much good if its expired.  How long has it taken you to get to this point of having $80 in your account are you coming on everyday or just everyonce in a while.   :cat:

That's what I did and AM doing.  As soon as it gets to $25 (provided I have $15 in offers), I will cash out ASAP.

I am on almost daily doing the Email read for $.02 and Paid to Click. I didn't realize there was a 180 day rule that they expire. Kinda stinks! I will just cash out when I hit the threshold and be happy with that.

On a side note, when you refer someone, they sign up and take their surveys...do you get paid for each of their first few surveys from their first session? From one referal, I got $17 (8) Completions x $2 each ($16) + $1 for referal bonus. The 2nd referral, they completed (4) completions and their $1 sign up for $9 total. They are showing denied now + $5 each for their cash outs they did. But, out of nowhere, I have a $16 Bonus showing up in my account a couple days ago. So then that amount makes sense = $2 for both referals + $4 for each of their first completion + $10 for the cash out bonus. I'm just wondering why they had that wrong to begin with and why I had credit for much more than what I'm getting. Glitch?
