I can't get warm!

I have been cold for 2 days, I hope I can get warm this even, now that I am in for a while. Some time these holiday can get you down going in and out so much. But I had a great Christmas with my family.

Do some in-place jogging while you heat up the room you are in. That will help!

Have a great big cup of tea.  It will warm you from in and out.  I find this works.  We will be using this alot in the next couple of days.  We have a storm coming.

A hot shower? Hot tub? Several layers of clothes? lol many of these might work

Take a nice hot-warm shower or bath. Then bundle up. Close your windows. It should keep you nice and warm for the night. If not, cuddle up with someone special.

a comforter or blanket out of a hot dryer will really warm you up!

Have you ever tried the snuggie? I heard those kind of blankets can keep you warm. You should try it!

i got a snuggie for Christmas and it does keep you warm and fuzzy all over. i love it...thanks to my eldest son! lol

I am also usually very cold.. But I sleep with fleece sheets..and an electric blanket..just to warm up and use a space heater if you need to.. especially if the room is drafty.

Have you tried? Checking your iron levels maybe you are anemic. Hot chocolate sometimes helps but a nice warm foot bath will often do the trick just make sure you keep the rest of you covered up.

 you can get cold anywhere. You got socks on??  try a hat too. and if you got someone to cuddle up with get under the blankets and cuddle and love- body heat baby

Same here I have severe cold here. I hate winter. We can not go out or do any activity. Even if we plan to go out we have dress like wear jacket, gloves shoes etc to be comfortable outside. Summer is really good.

Hot tea or just hot water does works. And you can warm your hands at the same time!
